So? Now what? ....

Currently, I don't really have much to say.
The website is a bit harsh looking, but I'm slowly learning.
I think I'm just going to list what I've been consuming.

Pirouette - Model/Actriz

This album has been on repeat. I'm a massive fan of Dogbody, so I've been so excited for this album. It did not disappoint! It's harsh sounding but suprisingly danceable! I would definitely give it a listen. Industrial Dance music is the best way I can describe this band. Give their NO EP a listen also. Way more punk sounding in comparison to their new stuff.

In My Own Time - Karen Dalton

One of the most mesmerizing voices I've heard in Folk. A beautiful album all the way through and I cannot recommend it enough. At least give the title track a listening. If that doesn't trap you into the album, then I give up.

Thunderbolts* - Jack Schreier

It was alright. It's another Marvel movie. I guess I can admit, it's a bit better than the usual Marvel movie. I really enjoyed Beef, so Schreiers directing most likely helped, it's just the script thats eh. I felt like there was a good movie in here, but it's still trapped within the MCU restraints. So it's kinda Meh... Still a good amount of eye rolls but not a horrible time either.

Under Milk Wood - Dylan Thomas

This book is so strange in the best way possible. The writing is beautiful and it shows from his poetic background. The entire book is just proses and it's amazing! There were times I kept rereading the same line because how stunned I was at the descriptions. It's oddly dark, but opimistic? It's full of welsh humor and despite it being a bit hard to pick up, I think the humor comes across.

My favorite description of old people ever:
"At the sea-end of town, Mr and Mrs Floyd, the cocklers, are sleeping as quiet as death, side by wrinkled side, toothless, salt and brown, like two old kippers in a box."

This is all I got. I plan to update the website more and get it away from being just text on a white background. CST - 05/05/25
